Few weeks back there was a lot of chatter on twitter about age. It started with a post by a man that stated that any women over 35 is not hot or attractive. No surprise there was an uproar. The post that started it had over 500 replies before the owner removed it. Unfortunately not many screenshots were take of the replies. There are however a slew of posts of women voicing their opinion on there own twitter accounts.
Most of them have included pics of them stating that they are over 35 and loving it. And it covered lots of women varied in age and appearance. It was refreshing to have an outpouring of support based on something that quite honestly is objectifying women.
Age has always been a topic when looking at women for myself. I do not want to offend any of my partners. If there is an opportunity then I will discuss and inform my partners to get their acceptance. I do not have any restrictions but I always ensure that everyone is okay with the decisions that I make.
My one friends with benefit is 52. I would have never thought I would be sleeping with someone that is older me. I also didn’t think I would be having sex with someone in their 50’s. Growing up you always think that 50 is old. What you don’t realize years later that being 48, 50 is not that old anymore.
Age really doesn’t matter since I have seen women that are in their 40’s, 50’s and even 60’s that amazing. Would I sleep with them, hell yes. Would love to make them cum and explore just like I would with someone that is younger, of course. Age is a number. It shows that you have experienced life. Learned and made mistakes. It is this experience that you can bring to bedroom as well as your personal life.
Age also brings challenges in trying to be active. Body parts may not move as well. Work may keep you away from being active as much as you want. The challenge is to love your self. You body is who you are now, and it has been a long road to get here. Wear that meat suit like you own it since it is the only one you have. There is nothing to be ashamed of if you are over weight.
It tells a story. For some it might mean that you had a few children, and your body is still recovering from that. Maybe you have bad knees or shoulders and can’t actively participate in physical activity to keep in shape. Or you have a medical condition that keeps you from doing what you enjoy to do. Regardless we all have stories and challenges and this is what makes who we are.
The last thought is that I don’t feel 48. My heart still feels like it is 20. Body doesn’t show it of course. It is only a number and if it was translated to a video game it would be level of experience. I am 48 with that much experience and stories. Take it for that since at level 50 I am going to have one hell of a party!
